• 为内部客户提供面料和产品方面的支持。
• 使用Office软件记录和维护服装面料相关数据和信息。
• 与各个部门和业务合作伙伴（买方，供应商等）合作，收集计划和日常工作所需的信息。
• 定期检查数据和信息，以确保准确性。
• 协助样本收集和产品开发，以满足业务需求。
• 样品室和展示室中的样品和文件管理与维护。
• 展板及海报制作，熟练使用PS或AI软件。
• 公司培训、员工大会等活动宣传资料准备。
• Provide 1st line support for internal clients’ requirements on design and products, as well as related jobs.
• Assist in record and administration with Office software of all data and information from routine jobs. 
• Work with various departments and business partners (buyers, suppliers, etc…) to collect needed information both for program and daily jobs’ use. 
• Perform regular data and information checks to ensure the accuracy. 
• Assist in samples collection and products development to satisfy business needs. 
• Samples and files management and maintenance in sample room and show room.
• Skilled simple poster or board design with software to support recurring or ad hoc jobs.
