Responsibilities:

? Develop technical solutions and technical services for projects provided by key customers.

?Provide onsite guidance and solve related technical and quality issues in the transformation of new products and new concept products to customer’s commercial products.

?Promote new products, new technologies and new concepts with sales and marketing departments and provide technical training to internal and external customers.

? Develop forward-looking technology solutions and new concept products based on market trends and potential needs.

?Participate in the company's new raw material development, testing, verification and provide feedback and report of the application result.

? Able to play a role in cross-country and cross-region project cooperation, customer service and technical knowledge exchange.

Qualifications:

? Good knowledge of food science or nutrition science with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

? Experience of formulating ISP related dietary supplement product is preferred.           

? Strong dairy technical experience in R&D or production in dry blend beverage or liquid beverage applications.

? Knowledge in ingredients and product formulation experience is essential.

? Project management skill, able to well plan and prioritize.

?Able to work independently on multiple projects and drive project move ahead. Take lead to work on the project and own the project from start to end.

? Strong trouble shooting skills. 

? Good report preparation and presentation skills.
