GlobalHead of Industrial Engineering is a key element in *** hardware value chain todrive quality and performance of technical solution and production, hence a keyelement to positive business development and customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities:

• Design guideline and standards (DFX criteria)

  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

  • Design for Assembly (DFA)

  • Design for Testability (DFT)

  • Design for Volume (DFV)

• Standard supplier guidelines

• Test equipment at production

• Test applied (ICT, FET, HiPot…) following product specifications

• Test strategy, test plan, test procedures in close collaboration with Technology, P+L, P+F. PTR comes from R&D

• Securing ability to produce

• Maintenance and life cycle management

• Investment for new/updated products

• Budgeting for production and test equipment

• Close collaboration with SQE (assessments)

• Lean Six Sigma as leading principle

  
  

  Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  ？ Minimum of 5 years senior management experience ？ Master degree in electrical/electronics engineering or similar ？ Very good organizational and social skills ？ Solid knowledge in hardware design and production ？ Professional expertise in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or introduction of new products in mass production or similar ？ Very good communication skills ？ Fluent oral and written English ？ Team player with strong leadership ？ Strong quality mindset – strive for perfection ？ Open and global mindset
