职位描述

Accountable for all aspects of training (product, science and clinical) required for the Cook Biotech within Greater China for sales staff, distributors and physicians. Responsible as technical resource for product and clinical queries and to act as conduit as required to China Business Manager.
Responsible for establishment and coordination of Biotech external education program under company protocol.

Resbonsibility

Develop Training and Education strategy and plans in alignment with China business strategy.
Implement training and education strategy and projects by leading, co-ordinating and hands-on execution.
Identify training and education needs of sales and distributors in each territory, and facilitate related training to support.
Regularly assess and evaluate training being conducted by: -Conducting regular training reviews
-Provide certificates of training attendance and assessment results
-Maintaining training attendance and assessment records
Prepare and consolidate training resources and coordinate translation of resources with related Product Manager and Marketing Manager for Biotech China.
Closely work with KOLs and sales team to identify related education needs of customers, implement educational projects to meet the needs.
Co-ordinate with related peers in Cook to ensure the educational events are compliant and are aligned with Cook company protocol.
Translation and real-time interpretation during training and education events.

Qualification

Medical college education background. Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience of clinical working for more than 3 years will be a strong plus.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in one or more of the below fields in China mainland: Clinical work in Hospital, Medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry.
Working experience in Training, Medical Affair or Marketing roles in Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry can be a strong plus.
