SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Provide on-site service to customers regarding product quality issues, Customer application concerns. Initiative to understand customer needs and proactive involvement on customer application to support customer's success. Help in collecting relevant information regarding product quality and reliability performance at customer side, understanding the performance trends at customer side. Delight customers through driving continuous improvement internally and providing prompt and professional customer quality support.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The successful candidate will provide serve as the main contact point from customer for all quality and reliability questions and inquiries.
2. Provide on-site Support / coordinate analysis of failure parts reported by customers
3. Actively approach to customers and provide prompt response / service to customers
4. Be on the lookout of Knowles IP (Intellectual Property) while dealing with customer quality issues / queries.
5. Collect quality performance at customer side, capable to summarize the major issues, perform regular analysis of customer return info, and communicate to internal team including R&D if needed for lessons learned upon customer return analysis and area for improvement and drive for continuous improvement.
POSITION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree plus 6 years working experience in electronics, semiconductor or automotive manufacturing related industry. Acoustic, SMT experience is preferred
? Quality Knowledge of ISO9000 standards and 6 Sigma.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
? Ability to work fully proficient and independently; self-directed and motivated; quality oriented.
? Sense of Urgency; strong interpersonal skills.
? Strong communication and decision making skills. Good spoken and written English ability
? Ability to work under stress
? Travel upon business needs
? Strong PC skills, with windows based environments, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
