Responsibilities:

1. Maintain MDB Conduct PR Campaign by cooperating with PR Agency and internal team

2. Conduct the acquisition reporting of the Sales & Marketing department including A/R report Plan, follow up and report PR events including cost and achievements

3. Support the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and has in this regard to prepare cycle plans, car production, volume and sales planning Ensure Corporate Design in China

4. Prepare company presentations, ensure latest updates (HCL); Maintain Media data base and organize media activities

5. Analyze and explain the changes of the plans; HELLA.CN content collecting and control

6. Coordinate meetings and events for the sales office, take minutes and follow up action items; Prepare presentation for company and ensure latest updates



Qualifications:

1. A degree of a university either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in Public Relations/ Media

2. Excellent Chinese and English knowledge

3. Excellent knowledge in MS Office software

4. Good in picture process

5. Good writing skill in English and Chinese

6. Entrepreneurial and analytical working and ability to cooperate with an international team

7. Detail focused
