职位描述
Position Title : Senior HRBP
Department : Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities:
Senior HR Business Partner to launch HR initiatives, projects and support long term HR strategy by working closely with Associate Director, Retail HR.
HR KPI monitoring
- Control the HC for stores.
- Closely follow up HR KPIs (turnover, productivity, bonus rate, payroll %, HC, etc.) and propose action plan to monitor
Recruitment
- Be responsible for the recruitment of new opening stores, from BA to store management.
- Be responsible for the replacement of store management roles in existing stores
- Be responsible for the Campus activities within his/her area, and follow all OMT & IMT selection procedures.
- Introduce local recruitment channel to COE team.
- Timely update Management for store HC and recruitment status.
Employment cycle
- Coordinate with Staffing Specialist to push the store staff on-board process running smoothly by effectively uploading and checking the Staff information accurate in HR system.
- Secure store staff onboard testing, onboard orientation training, contract extension, exit process, help and remind SM to follow HR policies.
- Ensure store rewarding and warning are in alignment of company policies and procedures.
- Ensure stores strictly follow attendance management by random checking the attendance record.
Career development
- Assist DM to work on SM PCR when needed, and follow up with the action plan.
- As internal coach to conduct customized HR relevant training to BAs, ASMs and SMs.
- Closely follow up key position staff in each store by store visiting and feedback the finding to management.
- Involved in the promotion process, interview potential SBA before promotion to ASM and if necessary, potential BA before promotion to SBA.
Employee relationship
- Assist to store monthly meeting and visit stores on a regular basis
- Communicate important company or HR messages: incentive plan, ESS, etc.
- Explain to staff all HR-related issues: benefit, policies, etc. and answer to staff request
Qualification:
- 5 years above HR working experience in MNCs, retail industry is preferred
- >1 yr team leading experience is preferred
- Familiar with major HR functions: recruiting, C&B, staffing, etc.
- Can accept regular travelling per business needs
- Able to work under pressure and into details
