Overall Goal:
GL accounts bookings and reconciliation per US GAAP/CN GAAP. Tax issues handling and declaration .Finance reports(Hyperion reports and local reports) preparation and declaration. Fixed assets list maintenance per accounting and tax policy. Related SOX compliance work. monthly/quarterly/year end closing . annual audit etc.

Principal Accountabilities
1) GL accounts booking per US GAAP/ CN GAAP in Oracle.
2) GL accounts reconciliation per US GAAP/ CN GAAP .
3) Fixed assets list maintenance per US GAAP /CN GAAP and related bookings in Oracle.
4) Tax issue handling and declaration to tax bureau.
5) Local reports preparation and declaration to local government.
6) Hyperion reports(US GAAP) preparation and upload.
7) Related work per SOX requirements.

8) Other work assigned by manager.

Education/Experience Required:
1) Bachelor degree major in Finance & Accounting.
2) More than 5 years Finance & Accounting work experience with GL background in Foreign Company.
3) Familiar with US/CN GAAP and tax policies.
4) Familiar with ERP system.Oracle is preferred.
5) Good at English and Chinese communication.

6) Work as a good team player.
