 1.依公司战略规划，协助制定客服务部发展规划，不断完善客户服务体系；

 2.依公司经营目标，制定客服务部工作目标并组织实施；

 3.建立全国客户服务中心体系，管理服务网络，并依公司发展规划，进行调整与优化；

 4.协调处理售前与售后服务出现的重大问题，质量反馈，提供技术支持；

 5.解决客户提出的需求，提升客户满意度，并能够主动与客户保持良好的关系；

 6.配合销售，市场团队，做好客户服务等各项工作，并能够主动积极反馈售前与售后情况；

 7.负责各项售后统计工作，定期分析和反馈各类维修问题，与产品部门及技术团队协调推进产品持续改善计划；

 8.服务团队的日常管理，人员的培训，提升服务队伍的技术水平，定期组织售前、售中、售后技能培训，导入合理的考核体系； 

 9.维护更新产品使用手册以及其他相关培训与技术资料；

10.年、月度预算编制及执行；

11.结合公司相关制度和本部门实际状况制订管理制度，杜绝问题，制订现场管理的流程；

 其他相关客户服务工作和上级领导交办工作的办理。

任职资格：

 1.医学、药学、护理学、生物学等相关本专科历以上，有销售或临床背景优先；

 2.从事五年以上医疗售后服务管理工作，有腹膜透析临床沟通经验优先；

 3.有较强的组织管理、协调、沟通、管理能力，具有全局观念和团队精神；

 4.工作认真负责，为人谦虚，逻辑思维清晰，有强烈的服务意识及精神；

 5.有良好的动手能力，同时有丰富的客户服务团队管理经验；

 6.较强表达能力及组织能力，善于沟通，有培训能力；

 7.能配合出差。
