Position Title        :    Retail Training and Development Manager

Department              :    Training

 

 

 

Job Summary

Assist Senior Training and Development Manager analyze retail training needs,making training plan, update materials, design and exploit different level operation management training courses. Follow up training result after class, enhance and improve the training result. In charge of delivering the basic management training course.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze retail training needs, make training plan

     

  1. Base on the store opening plan, assist to analyze retail training needs and make the annual training plan for store management level .

  2. According to the on board date of OMT arrange whole year training course schedule, make monthly report based on actual situation.

  3. According to yearly development plan, timely conduct smoothly communication with operation team and share monthly training plan.

  4. Within finance budget, offer trainees information to SU coordinator for traveling booking.

     

  • Training Materials drafting and build development plan

     

  1. Insist senior retail training and development manager finish drafting training materials.

  2. Through the communication with retail team, make familiar with the most updated training requirements, share opinion with senior retail training and development manager and finish updating the materials.

  3. Design diverse training methods, such as situational case, play game etc. Insure a more active training which is very close to the reality.

  4. Could offer optimized suggestion based on trainee’s feedback to senior retail training and development manager for reference

  5. Assist Senior retail training and development manager build up operation staff development process

     

  • Training Course Delivering

    1. In charge of delivering management training course, and take part of the Sephora attitude Training the Trainer.

    2. Be responsible of training course preparation, insure the course proceed smoothly

    • Insist follow up training result

      1. In charge of finishing management training course summary report

      2. Follow up training result and practical application in store through store visit, telephone communication, and submit the report

      3. Follow up new OMT in whole store training, submit report to retail team and training team. Share the findings with solution and insist to follow up.                

    • Sephora attitude project and other management training project

      1. Insist senior retail training and development manager finish the preparation work before class, implement the training plan and follow up the result.

      2. According to company strategy requirements, insist implement all kinds of management training and staff development project.

         

         

         

        Qualifications:

        -  Integrity, honest, be adapt to Sephora culture, quick reaction to the change and challenge

        -  Good communication skill, be familiar with training method.

        -  Good teamwork spirit

        -  God planning and follow up ability

         - At least 5 years retail store management and management training experience  

        -  Proficient in using Microsoft software, PPT.

        -  Good training skills
