Position Title   : Ecommerce Back-End Operation Assistant Manager    

Department   :  E-Commerce

Duties and Responsibilities:  

？ Manage and optimize a full set of SLAs from backend operation in e-commerce for multi channels including official website and key platforms flagship stores;

？ Work with key internal/external stakeholders (including supply chain, logistics warehousing, delivery, and software/service providers related to order fulfillment) to build a cost effective and operational efficient operation platform;

？ Cross functionally manage order fulfill, stock control, promotion management, etc. to support e-business, including e-tailing activities;

？ 3rd party management and negotiation for the provision of services. 

？ Direct and influence key operational areas including Call Centre, 3PL and IT to drive efficiencies while providing quality support for ecommerce customers.   

？ Lead the team to guarantee a healthy stock structure for e-business;

？ Desire to innovate and propose any new approaches for stock & logistics operational management for multiple Distribution Centers and e-platforms

？ Logistics performance review for cost and efficiency. 

？ Assist backend operation manager for any new initiatives and projects in e-commerce operation.

Qualifications:

1. ？ Bachelor degree, at least 5 years related experience in e-commerce operation;
2. ？ Team player, with good sense of ownership and responsibility
3. ？ Good communication and project management skills  
4. ？ Capable of handling multi-tasks 
5. ？ Good problem-solving ability
6. ？ Good command of written English
7. ？ Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
8. ？ Experience in SAP is a plus
