Position Title  :  Site Operation Supervisor

Department   :  E-Commerce

Reporting Line   :  Assistant Site Operation Manager

 

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

 

• Work closely cross function especially omni-merchandising department about product offer and stock fulfillment. By tracking brand and product performance, provide improvement suggestions to achieve site sales target.

   

• Manage and collaborate with third party company to set up virtual bundle also responsible for EC new product launch.

 

• Strong capability in product description page. Understand customers’ behavior and visit flow to optimize click-through rate and improve conversion rate.

 

• Closely communicate with BI team to dig out vital data that meets site sales target and drives business growth.

 

• Expertly manage site operation SOP, optimize internal and external communication and increase efficiency.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor degree or above.

   

• At least 3 years e-commerce operation working experience. Cosmetics background is a plus.

   

• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

   

• Logic thinking and great capability in data analysis.

   

• Ability in coordination of multiple tasks at the same time.

   

• Good problem-solving ability, can work under pressure.
