汇报对象: 总经理

工作职责:

？ 以市场化思路对售后服务进行规划和布局，发掘客户需求；

？ 定期组织市场活动；

？ 编写维修手册，建立技术内部管理体系（设备管理规范）和服务质量管理体系（客户培训管理规范）；

？ 与厂家协调，为客户制定个性化配置方案；

？ 制定销售合同中的技术协议；

？ 汇总和分析售后合同信息，为销售部门提供信息支持；

？ 对销售进行技术培训以及培训效果分析；

？ 制定工作计划，任务分解，监督实施，优化改进；

？ 团队人才梯队建设。

任职要求:

？ 本科及以上学历；

？ 五年以上仪器行业相关工作经验，优秀的团队管理能力；

？ 具有出色的表达沟通能力，问题分析解决能力；

？ 做事认真负责，抗压力强；

？ 英文流利者优先。
