Responsibilities:

1.     Treasury management

Responsible for overall treasury management of Sephora China, covering 250+ Brick & Mortar stores and 3+ E-commerce platforms, including cash forecast & reporting, cash & working capital management, payment solution, cash pooling and funding, implementation & enhancement of treasury operation systems.

2.       Operation Excellence

Responsible to support the business development or enhancement with finance operation excellence, coordinate internal & external resources to design specific finance operation process, including accounting, treasury, tax and reporting; support involved finance teams to set up and implement such process in due time.

Qualification:

l   Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

l   3+ years’ experience of manager role in accounting area within FMCG/Retail business environment.

l   Solid knowledge of PRC tax & accounting regulation & practices, and familiar with treasury operations especially the working capital management.

l   Good communication skills both in written & oral, Mandarin & English.

l   Good skills of Microsoft Office and SAP FI/CO.

l   Can work under pressure.
