项目经理（工作地北京）

1、具有土木工程、建筑、给排水、电气、暖通、工程造价等相关专业大学本科及以上学历；

2、具有注册造价工程师执业资格优先，从事工程造价服务专业工作2年以上（土建、安装、装饰等相关专业）；

3、熟悉项目建设管理流程，能够准确把握和解决工程建设各阶段（招投标、结算、决算等）造价服务，以及工程管理中存在的重大争议问题，有行业领先的工程造价咨询单位项目负责人工作经验者优先；

4、具有较强的项目组织管理组能力、沟通能力，较强的语言、文字表达能力；

5、为人诚实正直，具有较强的工作责任心，恪守行业道德和自律要求；

6、有健康的身体和良好的心理素质，能适应出差；

7、有市场开拓业绩和经验能力者优先。
