Responsibilities：

1. Lead customer complaint investigation and response process to satisfy with customer needs

2. Drive product quality improvement with technical and manufacturing teams

3. Conduct quality audit for critical raw material suppliers

4. Coordinate customer to production site visiting and quality audit

5. Participate in PCF projects as Quality Rep

6. Support production process safety improvement and QMS execution

Qualifications：

1. MS or BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science related background

2. 1~3 years experienced in PCB or FPCB

3. Good attitude to learn new skills

4. Good communication skill with cross functions

5. Good English communication capability
