Duties and responsibilities:

PROJECTS

• Mainly in charge Hong Kong and Korea Sephora projects execution, ability to work independently
• Planning, executing and coordinating stores construction by following company goal
• Coordination of stores construction development: from site survey, kick off meeting, design and technical assessment, construction setup to project handover (vendors / store operation, facility management),
• Overseeing each location specificities and cost estimation
• Scheduling, adapting and coordinating all types of design developments during construction processes including HVAC / M&E
• Monitoring necessary licenses or permits procurement (submission / approvals)
• Ensuring project are completed within budget, in specify time and quality
• Ensuring on material procurement and installation high quality standard.
• Evaluate and Initiate processes standardization based on local market practice
• Risk management: provide technical solutions and recommendation where necessary,
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools,
• Deliver progress reports, contract summary reports and cost break down reports,
• Ordering/payment application from vendors based on the contracts and project progress

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor Degree or above, Project management / construction major is preferred

·        >8 yrs relative working experience in construction / Retail / PM

·        Working experience in international retail and luxury brands preferred.

·        >5 yrs projects supervisory experience or above level

·        Strong experience on material selection, fitting out / Detail oriented

·        Excellent organization and coordination skills / Teamwork spirit,

·        Excellent communication, negotiation skill, (negotiation with Landlord / contractors)

·        Able to work under pressure (supervise 4/5 projects simultaneously in tight schedule)

·        Willing to travel frequently (average of 3 times per months based on the company development)

·        Fluent English in both written and oral, Korean skill is preferred
