Title: Social commerce e-store manager (focus on RED)
With proven experience in social media marketing and e-store management, you are expected to define Sephora social commerce strategy and be responsible for e-store P&L in social channels (mainly focus on RED小红书).
Main Responsibility:
- Manage the strategic partnership with RED and build social commerce strategy for Sephora brands
- Be responsible for e-store opening on RED and define yearly content/commercial plan with vendors
- Work with brand team to maximum the social power beyond RED e-store sales but also impact omni-channel sales
- Lead and drive day to day business operation for RED flagship store to drive business result (own P&L)
- Work closely with cross functional team to enhance consumer experience from content, merchandising, UX, and CS perspectives
- Identify potential opportunities of social commerce in other social platforms and build social commerce ecosystem for Sephora
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years’experience with e-Commerce, background from International Retail, Cosmetics or Personal Care industry
- Experience in managing e-Commerce business with all rounded knowledge such as platform knowhow, merchandising, promotion, customer experience, etc.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of social commerce trends on multi social channels
