Responsibility

1. To drive construction/renovation projects and responsible for the followings

- Timing

- Budget

- Engineering change management

- Ensure project quality

- Management of documentations

- Organize relevant meetings

- Ensure projects are complied with relevant regulations and codes

2. To maintain China-wide Real Estate Management operation platform

- Annual operation cost for each location

- Sharing of lessons learn and good practice

- REM operation data base

3. Ensure SG&A and cost saving targets are met

4. Ensure potential internal and external audits towards Real Estate Management are successfully carried out

5.  Ensure real estate management budget target of CAPEX and OPEX is met

6. Organize regularly regional Real Estate Management conference

Qualification

+ More than 10 years job experience, thereof 6 years in the field of Real Estate Management

+ Major in Civil Steel Architecture & Mechanical Electrical Plumping is preferred

+ Work experience in China-wide for real estate management is a MUST

+ Having work experience in MNC or WOFE is a MUST, additional working experience in JV is preferred.

+ Rich experience in topic of SG&A or cost savings

+ Professional skills for financial budgeting and forecast in terms of CAPEX and OPEX is a MUST

+ Independently handling construction/renovation projects in China is also a MUST

+ Working experience at an international team is a MUST

+ Experience of leading a team is also preferred

+ Experience of setting up local standards/reference is preferred

+ Very good skills of English both in written and oral

+ Very good inter person, communication as well as presentation skills

+ Willing to have business trips, roughly 15~20% of overall working time

+ Major stakeholders: Head of regional corporate functions and managing director/plant manager at each location
