Duties and Responsibilities:   

  

Routine Jobs:

  

• Responsible to monthly retail payroll to ensure timely and accurately delivery.

• Monthly sales data in-put and maintenance in HRIS

• Work with HRIS engineer to maintain and modify retail salary matrix in HRIS.

• Monthly salary adjustment letter preparation and update into system

• Responsible to supervise the leave management to ensure all data correct in system, and provide the leave analysis to management upon the demanding.

• Responsible to prepare HR monthly Report and analysis to management.

• Work with C&B manager to conduct Salary survey project and optimize Retail Salary structure.

• Work with C&B Manager to develop retention and benefit plans

• Support to prepare retail yearly PCR and ICR review

   

  Projects:

• Support to collect and analysis government latest law and regulations to design or improve existing policy/process. 

• Support to prepare and launch the related compensation project, such as new bonus scheme, Allowance upgrade, etc.

   

  Qualifications:

• 6 years at least of relevant HR working experience

• 4 + years experiences in C&B function

• With high team spirit and personal efficiency

• Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication

• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently.

• Good English skill both written and oral
