Position Title                             :   HR Specialist

Grade                                        :   Specialist

Department                               :   Human Resources

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Routine Jobs:

  • Work together with vender to handle the monthly social welfare to ensure the accuracy of employee benefit information in HRIS and balance of each month debit from vendor.

  • Work together with vender to handle the supplemental medical insurance issues. Timely provide the in/out list to vendor to secure employee benefit from this program

  • Work together with vender to handle the employer liability insurance for employee, in order to protect the benefits of the employees.

  • Support to prepare and deliver the C&B related certification upon employee requirement in time.

  • Prepare employee communication letters according to offer control form, and then make transfer-process in system.

  • Responsible to collect employee correct bank information by month and update in system.

  • Responsible to deal with labor audit and case application for work-related injury.

  • Collect and summarize the latest law and regulations to design or improve existing policy and process.

  • Responsible to handle leave management in HRIS.

  • Maintain and optimize C&B modules in HRIS to improve working efficiency

  • Support other C&B work when required

 

Projects:

  • Support to prepare and launch the benefit projects including but not limited to health management, supplemental commercial insurance, festival benefits, staff discount, savings plan.

  • Support to prepare and launch the related compensation project, such as new bonus scheme, Allowance upgrade, etc.

  • Support to develop and optimize retention and benefit plans.

     

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant HR working experience

  • 3+ years experiences in C&B function

  • Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication and team work spirit

  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and execution skill

  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently.

  • Good English skill both written and oral
