Job Description: 

1. Supervise in E-Commerce Business function with responsibilities of daily backend operation, including stock and order management, project assistance;

2. Be responsible to consolidate and negotiate for online platforms’ stock offers with category teams;

3. Work closely with online stores’ operation teams to drive effective stock preparation for every promotion/animation/markdown, etc.; make adjustment to stock allocation and review stock consumption after each campaign with related operation teams to improve stock prepare accuracy and sell-through.

4. Keep tracing of online inventory inbound, outbound, replenishment, out of stock (OOS) status;

5. Take lead to ensure a healthy stock frame for online business with relative cross teams, including supply chain, master data, category, technical teams, etc. to carry out a healthy inventory cycle;

6. Coordinate related system integration to streamline online stock operation process;

7. Ad hoc requirements from management levels

              

 Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree, related to business management or supply chain;

2. At least 5 year working background in operation or supply chain function. E-Commerce or cosmetics experience is preferable.

3. Be good at planning and data analysis ability with Office software and ERP system like SAP, Oracle, OMS, WMS, etc.;

4. Excellent communication skill is essential;

5. Good executor, take the lead with ownership;

6. Positive energy with detail oriented and flexibility;

7. Fluent both written and oral English.
