Duties and Responsibilities:

    

1. Develop EC marketing strategy to drive Sephora Collection brand online awareness and to develop brand favorability. Implement the strategy across multiple online channels incl. official site, Tmall, JD, etc.

2. Manage online shopping brand experience, incl. brand zone, online design and online VM, etc.

3. Owner of EC marketing and animation calendar, incl. EC marketing campaign, business plan and content plan.

4. Lead EC marketing campaign to drive effective traffic to online store.

5. Develop content plan together with content creator to ensure constant content exposure to drive awareness and traffic to brands.

6. Involve in omni-channel CRM project, drive new user recruitment and existing user activation.

7. Joint-work with EC team and external agencies.
