? Lead the team in various functions to achieve both financial targets and show contribution successfully and drive a sustain growth in each year.

? Maintain the show at a leading position and up-trends in the region.

? Manage and develop external and internal partners and stakeholders at strategic level.

? Work closely with multi-nations team in cooperation with sales, marketing, Hosted Buyer, education and operation to achieve year-round show objectives successfully.

? Lead and supervise the team in Beijing on planning progress and deliver the event to meet up the standard.

? Provide necessary coaching to the team and offer proper guideline and solutions when needed.

? Develop strategic relationship with CIBTM key accounts, maintain high retention rate each year.

? Work together with Sydney and London management to complete the project P & L and achieve 100% revenue and profit targets.

? Provide Quarterly Forecasts and Competitive Show Analysis.

? Be responsible for floor plan, contracting and payment collections

? Prepare and submit the reports by requests and make sure the reports are delivered accurately and timely.

任职资格:

? Over 5-years’ experience working as middle-level management position and multi-nations collaboration in an organization. Professionals in travel and meetings industry are preferred.

? Strong background and communication skill in managing government relations.

? Excellent in communication, leadership, people management and motivation.

? A wealthy knowledge of both Western and Chinese business and culture.

? Creative and strategically thinking.

? Be able to work under pressure and keep positive to all team members.

? Well- organized, Hardworking and self-motivated.

? Fluent in both spoken and written English/Chinese.

? Bachelor degree or above. Major in business, finance or MBA degree is preferred.
