Position Title                : E-platform Operation Assistant Manager

Reporting Line              : Seiner E-platform Manager

  

 

  

 

  

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  

 

  

• Deeper understand Sephora business model and Tmall/JD business growth engines.

   

• Take lead Sephora Tmall/JD platform key initiatives and innovations to benefit topline sales growth.

   

• Explore more opportunities to create synergy and keep good relationship with platforms.

   

• Test and try different ways to formulate win-win strategies for Tmall and JD and other partners.

   

• Closely work with platform operation team and external stakeholders to ensure the execution.

                  

 

  

 

  

Qualifications:

  

 

  

 

  

• Bachelor degree, at least 3 years related experience in e-commerce

• Experience on working with Tmall/JD

• Team player, with good sense of ownership and responsibility

• Good communication and project management skills 

• Capable of handling multi-tasks

• Good problem-solving ability
