Position Title          :   （（Senior） Recruiter （Temp for 6 Months)

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  

This role is to hire the right candidate for the corporate positions assigned by Line Manager and to secure the candidate’s stableness and quality to support company’s HR business.

  

 

  

• Conduct recruitment of corporate staff by participating in a variety of recruitment activities and ensure recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and equitable in accordance with recruitment process and policy

• Work closely with hiring manager to identify the staffing needs to clarify reasonable Job Description and candidates’ profile

• Fulfill corporate vacancies assigned by line manager through sourcing suitable candidate, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and on-boarding confirmation

• Consolidate and manage all recruitment channels, including headhunter, advertising, internal referral, talent pool and internal transfer, to ensure that the recruitment channel usage effectively

• Support on carrying out the new sourcing strategies, elevating social media exposure and digital recruitment channels’ effectiveness

• Generate related corporate recruitment reports weekly and monthly for recruitment process analysis

• Support Line Manager to initiate corporate recruitment related projects and make sure all process is well managed

• Other assigned tasks from the Line Manager.

   

   

  Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above;

• 5 years above of relevant recruitment working experience in retail or FMCG industry;

• Detail-oriented, persuasive and creative;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills;

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
