Position Description

1. Support team data collection and analysis. Collect weekly and monthly report from suppliers and send to oversea sites timely. 
2.  Handling inquiry from oversea sites, and send back within 2 weeks. 
3.  Keep good documentation for all the inquires and on-going orders. 
4.  Tracking order progress and give the updates to sites on weekly base. 
5.  Give the support to oversea sites visitors, and arrange the hotel booking and tickets booking.

1. Good command of verbal and written English.
2.  Strong negotiation and trip arrangement skill.
3.  Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision.
4.  Excellent Excel skill is required.

1.  Bachelor degree. 
2.  Good computer skill. 
3.  Good written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin. 
4.  A confident and independent person with high level of integrity and trust. 
5.   Assertive, yet diplomatic when dealing with people. Has good energy level and acts pro-actively. 
6.  Good problem solving skill and has the ability to multi-task.
