Position Title                       :   Senior Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1. Responsible for the visual development and marketing communication support for Exclusive Brands 

    

2. Provide Omni Channel Visuals & Designs for Exclusive Brands including but not limited to Exclusive Brand Assets Creative, Campaign Design, Offline design, Digital Campaign design, E-commerce Design, CRM Design, etc

      

 

  

1. Responsible for amplifying Sephora Exclusive Brands awareness by establishing Sephora Exclusive Brand Visual System and Guidelines for different platforms and occasions.

  

 

  

1. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams, arrange working load and deliver qualified design works in time.  

  

 

  

1. Well understanding on Sephora brand visual style and marketing campaign. Besides Exclusive Brands tasks, develop and design the images that consistently translates across omni channel touchpoints.

    

   Requirements & Qualifications:

    

        

1. Degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, marketing or related area required.

2. Four years up working experience. Experience of cosmetic/fashion/luxury design.

3. Design with marketing thinking, always bear in mind with the big picture behind.

4. Sensitive at capturing brand tonality of different brands, good at expressing brand characteristics visually.

5. Possess good art sense. Strong creative portfolio with a variety of projects that include beauty, fashion and luxury categories.

6. Proficiency in design and print, knowledge of the design considerations required for all mediums（production materials, video making, digital and space, etc.）

7. Proven advanced ability to use design software such as Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign, etc.

8. Ability to communicate in English.
