Position Title                             :     Assistant Category Analysis Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:   

    

• Handle sales administration duties including preparation of sales reports

• Perform sales analysis and provide analytical support for business decisions

• Assist Sales analysis manager in business process re-engineering

• Responsible for business analysis of all Sephora e-commerce platform including official site, mobile site, APP. JD and Tmall to provide actionable insights on the formulation of category strategies and decision making,

• Conduct online animation analysis and develop stock forecasting model

• Develop regular reporting and KPI tracking covering sales, UV, conversion rate, average basket and buyer performance

• Development of the tracking, reports, analytics and knowledge system across categories & products that will drive deep understanding of digital product trends, offers within each category and each platform.

• Other tasks assigned

   

  Qualifications:

   

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Multinational companies, retail or cosmetic background is preferable  

• Be familiar with business and especial e-commerce business

• Experience in sales analysis reports, data analysis & support

• Experience in E-commerce channels and platforms analysis

• Experience in Budget & Forecast analysis

• Experience in Using SAP is preferred & strong in Ms Excel & PowerPoint

• Fluent spoken & written in English & Mandarin 

• Strong numerical & business sense and good analytical skills

• Strong communication skills

• Stable, proactive, self-motivated
