The mission -

• Follow the trail: Understand the flow of data from once it’s captured to how we calculate key metrics to how business leaders consume it

• Draw a picture: Build visuals to provide clear visibility and quick insight into the health of the business

• Make it run like clockwork: Automate regularly-tracked reports and dashboards on our Business Intelligence platform

• Drive action: Analyze the data to interpret patterns, pin-point challenges, and help craft solutions to drive growth

• Keep it simple: Translate data into human language to empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions and execute better

• Advance our data capabilities: Help improve the organization’s data rigor through education, and experiment with new technologies, analyses, visuals, or simply ways of thinking about data

You’ll need -

• Minimum four years’ professional experience in analyzing large datasets and translating it to business insights

• Advanced excel and SQL capabilities, as well as experience with a data visualization platform (eg, Tableau, Qlik, Domo, etc.). Experience in Python or R is a bonus

• A passion for solving problems with data and a relentless drive to explore what the data tells us

• To be a fast learner and eager to try new things

• Experience managing projects independently and managing stakeholders’ expectations

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong interpersonal skills

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or business-related fields

• Overseas experience, educational or professional, is a plus
