Job Responsibility:

• -     Incoming inspection acceptance standard definition;
• -     NCR management and Nonconformance disposition;
• -     IQC Daily report and monthly report;
• -     Cooperate with SQE to continuous improve supplier quality performance;
• -     Lead in-coming inspectors to complete daily work, and monitor inspector work performance;
• -     Maintain incoming inspection KPIs;
• -     Incoming inspection if needed;
• -     Other assigned jobs;

Job Requirements:

• - Mechanical bachelor degree or above
• - At least 5 years mechanical quality control experience.
• - Proficient at mechanical drawing reading, material standard/specification, mechanical part surface treatment and casting/forging material, etc.
• - Proficient at CMM program setting and using, and other inspection tools.
• - Familiar with machining process quality control and nonconformance management
• - Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and QMS.
• -English level 4 or above, read and speak fluently.
• -Familiar with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
•  Good communication skill.

*Preferences 

• More than 3 years Quality Control working experience in valve manufacturing is preferred.
