职责：1.机加工车间人员安排管理工作。

2.生产计划的跟踪，推进，异常处理。

3.保障安全生产，周边环境EHS管理。

4.分析加工件不良，优化加工流程，提高加工效率。

岗位要求：

大专（含）以上学历，模具设计制造或理工类专业背景。8年以上同行业相关工作经历。3年以上管理工作经历。熟悉各种机加工设备操作和加工方法，流程。能够排机加工产品工艺路线。精通一种机加工设备操作。
