Position Title        :    Maintenance & Assets Project Manager维修及资产管理项目经理

 

Department          :    Construction & Design

 

Duties and Responsibilities:   

• Negotiate and update annual maintenance agreement with supplier;

  与供应商谈判和更新年度维修保养协议；

• Plan and schedule preventive check timelines and track implementation result;

  制订预防性维护计划并跟踪执行的结果；

• Store visit and take initially to discover maintenance problem in term of checklist and help solved promptly for store;

  巡店并根据检查清单主动地去发现问题和帮助门店及时解决问题；

• Random inspect supplier's maintenance quality, track refection results and develop report; 

  抽查供应商的维修质量，跟踪修复结果并提供报告；

• Set up fix assets account and follow through their life circle with maintenance recorder in store;  

  建立固定资产台帐，跟踪其生命周期和维修记录；                                                                                                                                    

• Ensure that all facility management system and maintenance operation process are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.

          确保门店及时接受到最新版本的资产管理系统和维修操作流程的培训；

• Check and validate all maintenance work report and actual expense;

  核实和验收所有的维修工作报告及实际发生的费用；

• Take lead on monthly meeting with key supplier to analysis monthly reactive maintenance problem, urge them to improve their service and quality.

  与重要供应商主持月度会议，来分析月度的紧急维修问题，敦促供应商提高其服务和质量；

  Qualifications:

• Above college diploma in the field of electrical or Air-condition engineer course or relative.

  本科以上的电气或空调及相关专业

• At least 3 years related experience in maintenance or facility management capacity, including after-service for clients.

  三年以上的维修或设备管理经验，包括售后服务；

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.

  较强的人际沟通和问题解决能力；

• Strong customer service skill

  较强的客户服务能力；

• Basic written and oral English communication skills.

  基本的英语书写和口头表达沟通能力；

• Able to travel for the purpose of store quality control management.

  愿意为提升门店质量控制和管理的目的安排出差；
