The Customer Experience Operations Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Distributor Programs in line with the needs of the Distribution Channel Management, Divisions and Distributors. As a member of a global team, this role will work closely with their global and regional counterparts to drive effective and efficient implementation and maintenance of DCM programs.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Conduct rollout of Distributor Programs, and associated activities as needed, with Operational functions/Divisions and Distributors

• Support the implementation of Distributor programs with Distributors in the region

• Post launch of a Distributor program, use appropriate tools to identify opportunities for future enhancement

• Process Distributor and Divisional feedback through relevant company systems and within the required timelines

• Analyse and trend concerns and provide written reports/presentations that will assist with operational improvements that will drive a proactive approach to supporting APAC Distributors

• Coordinate and involve company personnel including, functional, operational units and divisions to implement corrective and preventative actions

• Maintain and update Distributor data as required

• Participate in APAC/Global projects as required and communicate effectively to management

• Manage key DCM business processes as required, including highlighting required changes and documenting updates

• Other duties as required

• Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product-specific requirements are met.

• Willingness & availability to travel on company business.

• Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf.

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience desired

• Prior experience in customer needs resolution and data management.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and solution focused with a proactive approach to problem solving

• Mandatory languages, Mandarin and English written and spoken

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Ability to work well within a team environment demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

• Ability to work cross functionally and co-ordinate the efforts of key stakeholders
