职位描述
a. Summary of job contents
- Primary role:
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the Regional MarComm tools requirements and implementations in between HQ and the countries, based on the annual Segment/Product campaign concepts, to drive (1)the tool localization of major marketing collaterals, (2)the capabilities build-up and training of Festo MarComm content management systems in the countries.
- Supporting function: Assisting event coordination with HQ's Exhibition Department and the cluster/country MarComm teams to execute Regional MarComm events to the targeted customers, such as exhibitions, roadshows...etc.

- To report directly to Regional Marketing Communications Manager, Asia Pacific
- To act as a supporting function to cluster/country MarComm team(s)
c. Job description - Key responsibilities
a. Marketing Instruments
? To be regional expert in Festo contents management systems:
Training and guiding regular updates for the countries: (1)RedDot for Website, (2)Mission One for Enewsletter, (3)InfoXchange for overall marketing collaterals, eg: graphics, catalogues, brochures, advertisements...etc.
? To be regional editor for online marketing contents, for example, the contents for social media, E-Newsletter and website...etc. Work closely with HQ and the countries to create and launch online marketing campaigns in regional level and tracking the online results.
? To be regional editor to develop and maintain regional MarComm tools, such as regional product brochures, advertisements, website banners and other creative materials, which are not existed in HQ database or not supported by HQ via using InDesign, Photoshop, and Flash. Also, to coordinate the creation and production of MarComm tools with outside vendors.
? To be main contact point for HQ technical press:
Collecting technical press and article information from the region for HQ team and organize the regional needs to request HQ's technical press support and Festo customer magazine "Trends in Automation".
b. Event supports
? Assisting MarComm events to create necessary marketing collaterals, eg. Event invitation, roller up
banners, display descriptions of regional-made displays ...etc.
? Assist marketing teams in selecting the right MarComm materials (eg. Brochures, flyers, gifts...), according to the objectives and targeted customers of the events.
? Assist the updates of regional MarComm event calendar in R3 share point site.
c. Other
? Travel 10%-15%
?d. Knowledge/skills/experience
Knowledge:
University Degree (Not particularly limited to any majors. But, a bachelor degree with Business, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications related fields will be a plus).
Skills:
Excellent English in writing and speaking is a must.
Fluent Chinese will be a plus.
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Software skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.
Experience:
- Sales and/or Marketing backgrounds in industrial goods and/or consumer goods.
- At least 2 years above.
Special experience in a particular industry segment: Industrial B2B or Consumer B2C
- Ability to work effectively with cluster MarComm teams in different Asian cultures and an international environment
- Effective and independent Project Management capabilities
- Event management experience will be a plus
