KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make annual sales plan and forecast in line with company sales strategy and target.
2. Develop and establish aftermarket distributor network, aggressively implement sales promotion /
programs to generate sales and achieve sales target
3. Establish relationship with end users i.e public traffic company in big cities to influence vehicle specification, address company market position and product value, and coordinate and implement the sales activities in OEs
4. Recommend improvement in company aftermarket policies or procedures, which will improve partnership with distributor and increase sales.
5. Implement AM sale activities including quotation, contract negotiation, order handling etc to achieve targeted sales plan/forecast
6. Visit and cultivate relationship with distributors /dealers /fleets as well as workshops frequently
to get the orders and customer voice from all levels
7. Conduct aftermarket market research and analysis regarding products potential, field population,
and pricing and competition activities.
8. Build communication with other department including logistic, finance, technical application and internal companies in Europe and America to push forward sales process
9. Monitor account receivable and collect the payment on time.
10. Prepares regular and special sales reports.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree is a must;
2. Automotive aftermarket understanding,3~ 5 years working experience in CV industry as sales,
a previous experience in the CVS accessories business would be ideal.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
4. English command both in oral and written
