Main Functions& Responsibilities

1. Inspire and motivate learners (mainly focus on sales force) as they can apply acquired skills and knowledge to our customers

2. Deliver training programs (Sales trainings, general skill trainings) with passion, and facilitate the attendees to be able to take action in daily job.

3.Plan and develop practical programs to strengthen Sales capability based on company direction and requirements with an appropriate mix of development activities (classroom, mobile/e- learning, assingments, etc)  with Sales Training Manager

4.Evaluate & report the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes through the fact-based analysis

5.Regularly review and modify training objectives, methods and course deliverables based on the training needs and market situation with Sales Training Manager.

6.Support the activities related with HR/LDC initiatives by participation in the company or department projects

Job Requirement

1.University graduate or above

2.ICT background is preferred

3.Above 5-year working experience in Training/ L&D function with at least 2-year practice in Sales Training as Trainer or Facilitator

4.Prerferred at least 3 years’ Direct Sales experience and has experience to lead team or project

5.Good communication skill & presentation skill with logical thinking

6.Team oriented, initiative and self-motivated, willing to learn and catch up with new change

7.Basic knowledge of problem solving

8.Proficient business Mandarin & English in speaking and writing
