目标职能 OBJECTIVE

1. Ensure the global tool, system and standard process is properly implemented in China region


2. Support PUR for target achievement in fast changing China business environment, e.g. days payable outstanding, purchase price index , purchase price variance , etc.


3. Assist Purchasing head to drive and manage a competitive functional cost level as one of the biggest SG&A functions in Hella


4. Play consultant and partner role in assisting local PUR team for various business topics through local intelligence


5. Coordination between local Purchasing team and central Controlling for cross function as well as cross location communication and team work

岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Regular local review & specific analysis


2. Support purchase payable outstanding quarterly forecast preparation


3. Measure review meeting and status follow up


4. Monthly purchase payable outstanding report & PPT, review meeting and process tracking


5. Tracking improvement measures and plan development


6. Bridge between HKG(German) & local Purchasing (e.g. target, baseline, methodology, data etc.)


7. Support Purchasing for Year-end forecast and planning


8. Monthly Cost center report, review meeting and gap analysis with Purchasing


9. support Purchasing in generating new initiative and action plan for target achievement


10. Material planning data quality check in planning tool


11. Support central material controlling team in preparing material planning package as well as local communication, e.g. close the gap etc.


12. Steer the communication between local purchasing and central Material Controller


13. Support HKG and local PUR for information distribution and local/HKG communication (purchase payable outstanding, functional cost, purchase price index etc.)


14. Improvement program measures: GE Fit HTT report, review meeting and measure follow up



15. Other specific analysis or tasks

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor/above with major in Accounting or financial related area.


2. More than five years' working experience on commercial controlling/material costing in international company, automotive industry is preferred


3. Excellent communication skill and team work spirit in order to build up partnership and keep effective cooperation with cross function stakeholders


4. Strong capability to challenge and steer the business and drive the result in assisting regional Purchasing head


5. Fluent English on writing and speaking


6. Good knowledge in MS Office, especially excel and PowerPoint is required


7. SAP/ Oracle FI module use experience is plus
