Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive the ecommerce Operational Strategy to support the ecommerce businesses and develop an ecommerce Business Operating Model, including quality standards.
• Direct and manager order flow, parcel flow and cash flow and provide better user experience cross all sales platforms.
• Manager and optimize SOPs of key operational areas to drive efficiency and provide quality support.
• Manage and optimize SLAs, with key suppliers (including call center, warehousing, and finance as well as software/service providers for the ecommerce platform components) and meld these into a single, unified service to the business and customers.

• Supervise customer service, optimize online store operation process and user interaction.

• Provide week/month operation data analysis, summary and improvement proposal.

  Qualifications：

• 5+ years ecommerce operation working experience.
• Ability to think strategically but also can operate and implement in details.
• Experience of managing cross-functional projects utilizing formal project management methodologies.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and able to handle cross function conflicts
• Passionate, proactive, responsibility and result driven.
• Be able to motivate team and improve efficiency.
