岗位职责:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
主要职责
1. Charge for the formulation, revision, perfect the measures for the management of warehouse work process and daily work, and make warehouse daily work more orderly and swift.
负责制定、修订、完善仓库工作流程及日常工作管理办法，使仓库日常工作更加有序、迅捷。
2. Be familiar for the management of supply chain daily operation (planning, import &export, warehouse, distribution).
3. Responsible for transportation, transportation temperature monitoring and planning more in line with the current situation of transport process
负责运输商运输温控情况监控并规划更加符合现有情况的运输流程。
4. Charge for all documents, including SOPs, Form and Rules and Regulations.
负责维护本部门所有现行文件，包括但不限于标准操作程序、相应表格、部门规章制度等。
5. Follow-up the Deviation、CAPA and Change Control.
负责接收和跟进与本部门相关的偏差、CAPA等文件。
6. Responsible for factory warehouse department weekly inspection (including EHS, warehouse goods status, accounting, documents review, the timeliness and accuracy of warehouse work) and compliance summary and check, at the same time to complete the corresponding records of the report.
负责工厂仓库部门的每周的检查（包括EHS，仓库货物，账务，凭证审核，仓库工作的及时性和准确性）及合规汇总及检查，同时完成相应报告的记录。
7. Charge for the operation of the warehouse personnel training, and constantly improve the warehouse controller, marki, operation standard, improve warehouse group of overall quality of service, continuously improve process improve work efficiency.
负责仓库人员的操作培训工作，不断提高仓管员、配送员操作标准，提高仓库组整体的服务质量，不断完善作业流程提升工作效率。
8. Generates reports to managers & platforms for risk control.
结合公司及各业务单位特点引导公司各业务单位进行合规工作报告。
9. Carry out compliance training work.
开展合规培训宣贯工作
10. Responsible for the company's various compliance work in the field of propulsion, rectification, audit, evaluation.
负责公司各业务领域合规工作的推进、整改、审计、考核。
11. Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康手册、管理体系和管理政策、目标和该职位的相关的法规要求。
12. Other work assigned by superior.

任职资格:

JOB REQUIREMENTS
录用条件和工作要求
1. College graduated or above(Supply Chain/ Logistic is preferred)
大专以上学历，供应链，物流或相关专业
2. Familiar with logistics warehouse operation process, familiar with the logistics equipment use and maintenance of specification, ERP system operation experience is preferred;
熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范，有ERP系统操作经验者优先考虑；
3. Above 3 years related working experience in pharmaceutical industry, familiar with GMP and Pharmaceutical Laws and Regulations.
3年以上相关工作经历，熟悉GMP及药政法规要求
4. Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules and regulations. Ensure that all work behavior conform to company's compliance requirements.
严格遵守国家法律法规，遵守EHS和质量管理体系规定，遵守公司员工行为准则和各项规章制度，确保所有的工作行为符合公司的合规要求。
5. Sense of responsibility, diligent and with high integrity，Team-work approach.

6. Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
