职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for data analysis and the efforts on consumer insights and loyalty analytics:
· Use CRM system and database to monitor campaigns and reports, and responsible for system optimization, improvement and new function testing
· Daily & Operational management of 3rd party vendors for efficient, effective and timely execution of accurate reports. Responsible for loyalty program regular reporting including monthly/weekly report or brand report, and ensure the reports could be delivered on time with high quality
· Convert customer insights into actionable recommendations to inform business deciders
· Responsible for profitability analysis to assess the performance of CRM campaigns
· Monitor and research domestic CRM programs and provide benchmarking data
Qualifications:
BA/Master, good in English and Chinese
3+ years’ experience in data analysis and CRM related projects
Strong data analysis skill with proficiency in the use of SQL server database
Strong business sense
Proficiency in SPSS is a plus
