Main Responsibility
1. In-charge of the HR functions in South China.
2. Be the partner of the business team to align our people strategy with the business, and support the change management.
3. Ensure the HR in our 6 Branch offices follow the company's HR policies.
4. Will lead and participate in various HR projects, drive for HR operational excellence and business transformation.
5. Be the contact point for all employees in the team when they seek for advice and address concerns.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources or business oriented field;;
2. At least 5 - 8 years human resources operational experience in foreign-invested company, experience in retail industry will be a plus
3. Experience in all-rounded HR functions, e.g. recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations.
4. Excellent knowledge in HR related regulations and possess good project management skills
5. Ability to quickly understand the business strategy, financial environment and team dynamics;
6. Strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills;
7. Good English skill
