Key Accountabilities:

1. Develop China JV customer care strategic plan align with China Business strategy.

2. Responsible for all Logistics (transportation and warehousing) and import & export transactions in China JV CSI.

3. Ensuring Trade Compliance (Logistics Operational Compliance) and adhere to Business Conduct policy for all import / export and local Logistics movement and setting up strong compliance processes.

4. Responsible for customer service and operations to ensure smooth and on time order processing and customer deliveries.

5. Establish good connectivity with customers and work to create great customer experience. Develop relations with channel partners and guide them to implement Logistics processes.

6. Lead customer service survey and Identify means to enhance Customer Satisfaction and experiences.

7. Develop KPIs for Logistics activities and Customer service by closely working with Commercial Lead, implement and measure.

8. Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse and Logistics cost and implement cost saving projects.

9. Work closely with plant team to fine tune production schedules to support S&OP process decisions and Logistics tactical plan.

10. Track and monitor service level metrics and identify opportunities for improving the KPIs.

11. Implement regional and Global process improvement projects\best practices in China.

12. Ensure safety in Logistics operations and drive safety awareness programs to vendors and service providers.

13. Develop China customer care competences and retain Supply Chain talent and build talent pipeline in China Customer Care Organization.

QUALIFICATION and work experience:

1. Basic - University Degree (pref. in Engineering / Business Management / Agriculture)

2. Preferable - Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management

3. 10+ years experience in Ag Industry with extensive experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain Areas

4. 5 years of people management experience

5. 2 to 3 years of experience of managing cross functional teams

6. Experience of dealing with Government Agencies such as Customs / Plant Quarantine etc.
