Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimize customer experience of official website, especially on internal search engine database, improve official site search engine performance

• Effectively work with other function team for website, recommend keywords setting, ensure keywords setting correctness and performance

• Work with BI team to understand customer’s search needs and improve the search engine UE.

• Optimize non-search result page and work with project team for the optimization

• Keep up with E-commerce trends and understand customers request for beauty.

• Capacity to do other site operation project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, at least 5 years related experience in e-commerce shop, website internal search engine optimization would be a plus

• Logic thinking

• Experience in cosmetic industry.

• Strong communication and coordination Skills

• Good team spirit, with a good sense of responsibility

• Knowledge of search engine work logic

• Good problem-solving ability, can work under pressure
