职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibility of Selected Key Brands or Categories performance within merchandising assortment of Sephora China.
Management of Sales, Margin, Total income, Stock & performance vs. set KPIs.
Manage independently defined brands within the category portfolio.
To ensure strong planning of existing, new & exclusive ranges within the selected Categories across Comp & All Stores.
To organize monthly animation according to schedule
Routine animation negotiation & planning with key suppliers
New brand/sku launches or re-launches arrangements following merchandising procedures & timelines.
Liaise and co-operate with different functional departments (Supply Chain, Retail, Training, Finance & IT) ensuring strong animation execution
Tracking of promotional performance in terms of Productivity & Stock management.
Planogram
Review of Brand or Category Planograms ensure optimal assortments which deliver highest return of sales & profitability
Ensuring 100% accuracy of POG in line with active SKUs
Strong planning of New Product launches on POG which is in line with internal timelines & stock arrangements.
Management of the Bottom 2% of Assortment for proper clearance plans
Quarterly POG performance review & subsequent adjustment for poor performing SKUs to deliver optimal productivity.
Stock management
Weekly stock review of Brand or Category level to ensure Stock holding is in line with Company Stock targets.
Management of Clearance or Return of Slow moving stock
Strong & frequent communicate with suppliers and logistic team
5.Marketing
To organize beauty classes /road shows
To follow up the execution of “Sephora Day” PR event with relevant participating brands.
6. New Launches
To organize new brand launch in terms of administration part and marketing part
Performance and order forecaster review during launching period
7. Performance Tracking
Data analysis of category performance, ensuring strong understanding of SKU level performance by Store.
Routine administration work follow up
Qualifications:
At least five years related experience Retail Buying or Merchandising or FMCG Trade Marketing roles ideally within the Beauty Industry
Passion for Product & consumer understand
High attention to detail – Numerically strong and Result oriented.
Strong Communication for Inter Department Coordination.
Good command of English & Chinese
