The Position

The position offers the opportunity to travel throughout North China working closely with our partners to recruit students from these regions for our academic programs in the UK. We are looking for an individual with experience in sales and marketing able to effectively communicate the benefits of a British education to our partners, students and their parents.

We require a highly responsible individual with strong understanding of the UK education system who can communicate effectively in English and Chinese with both the College and students and their parents.

Reporting directly to the Associate Student Recruitment Director China of the College, your key responsibility will be to develop sales of Bellerbys College programs.

In order to do this, you will be tasked to:

- Develop and train our partner network on our academic programs

- Support efforts of other regional staff in sales of College programs

- Meet with prospective students and their parents and provide effective guidance on appropriate study plans

- Assist with customer service both prior to and post departure

- Ensure maximum awareness of competitor organizations in local markets

- Liaise with the British Council and other key sector organizations

Your Profile

You will be a highly motivated individual, ideally with the following characteristics:

- A University graduate with excellent communication
- Skills in both Chinese and English; previous study abroad is an advantage

- Strong track record and experience in sales and marketing

- Understanding of international student recruitment

- Organized and attention to detail

- Proven sales and marketing skills

- Strong numeracy and IT skills with ability to prepare and analyse reports

- Demonstrated record in managing expenditure within budget

- Willing to travel extensively
