- Stage Gate Process:
- Conduct stage gate process and Clarity system training in APAC.
- Consolidate the qualified deliverables and presentations for gate meeting.
- Organize and facilitate monthly gate meeting.
- Summarize meeting minutes and gate contracts.
- Provide monthly stage gate report and process adoption report.
- Routine process and Clarity system support in APAC.
- Working with global innovation process team, continuously improve the process.
- Innovation Portfolio Management:
- Generate portfolio dashboard and consolidate portfolio review presentation for quarterly review.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly portfolio review meeting.
- Provide meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
- Conduct portfolio management training in APAC.
- Other reporting:
- IPI-3 reporting, including IPI-3 new submission.
- Monthly R&D time accounting report.
- R&D monthly report.
- Formula decode process
- Coordinate the formula decode process for approval and transfer.
- Tracking the status of decode.
- Filing the formula transferred.
- HSEQ
- Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
- Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议
