职责/ Responsibilities：
This position main responsibility covers the raw material, project and special purchasing for Mono Plant with right cost, good quality and proper lead time to meet requirements from BU operation, which is listed but not limited as following:
1. 根据业务部门需求和库存水平，发放采购订单给供应商或者内部公司: According to the real demand from each dept., issue purchasing orders to suppliers/inter-company.
2. 日常订单执行和发货跟踪: Daily order execution and delivery/expedite tracking.
3. 监督供应商的表现和对成本，质量和服务 Monitor suppliers’ performance on cost, quality, OTD and service.
4. 协助质量进行NCR的协调和处理. Coordinate with quality dept. for NCR handling with suppliers
5. 根据财务流程，安排供应商付款申请。Arrange payment application according to Finance process.
6. 参与新产品开发，定制产品，项目采购---报价，下单，成本控制。 Involved in NPD, customized product, project buying. by quotation, PO issuing & execution, cost control.
7. 持续改善间接材料供应。 Continuous improvement on IDM purchasing.
8. 分析成本并报告管理团队，开展并跟踪降低成本项目。Cost analyzes and report to management team. Set up and prepare cost down project on materials
9. 上级交办的其他工作Other responsibilities assigned by Superior
要求/Requirement:
1. 能操作和使用各种必须的计算机软件/The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages is also necessary.
2. 熟练使用ERP系统/ Familiar with ERP system.
3. 2-3年相关制造业工作经验/Two to three years of job-related experience in manufacture is typically required.
4. 能够倾听他人建议/The ability to listen to others is important to the job.
5. 有团队精神并主动工作/Team player, work proactively.
6. 良好的沟通能力/Good communication skill.
