Position Highlights
Delivers product training to internal and external customers.
Principal Accountabilities (Functional)
1. Delivers product and/or product-related training to internal and external customers on any or all of the following: installation, operation, programming, preventive maintenance, diagnostics and product troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
2. Ensures that classroom, course materials, product assemblies and sub-assemblies are
available and in working order prior to delivery of training.
3. Keeps abreast of changes in relevant products and incorporates product changes in training per departmental criteria for course design and development.
4. Participates in course design and development as required.
5. Contributes to the improvement of training delivery as indicated by course/instructor evaluations.
6. Performs other job-related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in technical field and seven to ten years previous technical training experience. Training experiences in SMT industry is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written command of English and Chinese(Mandarin) is a must.
