职位描述：

工作职责：

1.负责业务拓展部安装项目团队的日常管理工作；

2.全面负责公司机电安装总包工程的管理工作；

3.全面负责公司安装项目的预算、设计方案的评审以及设计变更及优化工作；

4.全面负责安装项目实施的组织，协调和控制，对项目的设计方案、进度、费用、质量和安全等负全面责任；

5.负责对工程分包商的管理，按照国家相关规定和质量标准完成产品和项目的安装工作；

6.全面负责安装项目团队与公司其他团队以及供应商的沟通；

7.完成领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，暖通、给排水、电气、机械设备、焊接或自动化控制专业，具有上海市中级职称；

2.至少7年以上机电类资质企业的施工技术管理工作。主持过单项合同额1000万以上的各类建筑工程项目的设备、线路、管道的安装，其中至少完成2项工程项目业绩：35千伏以下变配电站工程、非标准钢结构件的制作安装等；

3.具有相关备案工程管理工作，需要以下业绩证明材料：

1） 本人主持的工程合同、中标通知书；

2） 符合国家规定的竣工验收单（备案表）或质量核验资料；

3） 反映技术指标要求的工程照片、图纸、工程决算资料等；

4） 个人在工程中所担任的职务和从事的具体事项；

5） 所主持的施工工程获奖证书等。

4.具备良好的沟通及管理能力；

5.拥有机电专业一级建造师证书的应聘人员优先考虑。

SpiraxSarco is recognized as steam experts for steam and thermal system.
